If your Company is struggling but you believe that it could be viable, either with the support of current creditors, or with a fresh start and a clean slate, we can help. We can work with you to negotiate a Company Voluntary Arrangement, or CVA, with your current creditors, including HMRC, if that’s appropriate.

Alternatively, we may be able to work with you to ensure that, providing you have acted in good faith in running the business, you are able to restart via a “phoenix” Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation or possibly a pre-pack Administration.

If you’re looking for a way to close your current, insolvent, Company and move onto a new project as quickly and painlessly as possible, we can help. It is usually possible to pay for such a process, commonly known as a “shut down” Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation, through the sale of Company assets. We can assist with this too.
If your Company is solvent and you are just looking for the most tax efficient method of transferring the remaining profits to the shareholders then a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation, or MVL may be your best option.
